For getting seat in a medical college you don't need to get good marks in intermediate that is 12th. Latest only need to cross aggregate marks to to get eligible for writing neet exam. But you need to get a good marks in NEET you should qualify the

Although cutoffs very every year but if we consider the previous year cut off for government colleges a score of 70 is very less to get you a  seat there unless you belong to some reserved category which I guess you don't as you have not mentioned in the query
