If you belong to unreserved category, it's quite difficult for you to get a government college through NEET. But for reserved category, you might get a good Government college for this score,  as, there are just approx 43000 seats in India for MBBS from

Grishma, you haven't mentioned your Category. But with a score of 387, it is difficult for a seat in MBBS irrespective of your Category and the State that you hold the domicile of. You will need atleast 500 if you belong to Reserve Categories and even 550 and above if

As the cut off varies every year, the bams requires 410 and, above marks for government college. But at 350 too you can get government seat if you aren't from unreserved or general category. Also you  need to mention your state. All the best. Try your luck and check

With your score I assume your rank must be around 1,40,000. With this rank and your quota of SC category you may get a seat in DMIMSU - Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences through All India Quota. You might not have great chances in getting Government MBBS seat

Your marks around 200 and rank around 527222 so according to previous year cutoff there are no chance to get seats in government college but the cutoff of Colleges changes every year so please use Colleges predictor tool and predict your college.

You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, the General Qualifying cut offs for 2020 have been as follows:

General Category/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129

With a score of 164, it is difficult for a seat in any course that conducts admission based on NEET score.
