Dont go for Private colleges with donation if you get admission with merit you can if not then better you choose study MBBS in abroad colleges. as per as NMC bill 2019 now everyone need to take common entrace test namely NEXT (National Exit Test) to get license in India

Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. Also Linguistic Minority is a horizontal reservation. We also need the Category you belong to.

You did not mention your Category and your State of Eligibility. But if you belong to General Category/OBC/EWS, you cannot get a Government Quota seat in Private Medical College with this score. You also have very less choices for Management Quota seat. You will have to prepare for NEET 2021
