scoring 480 + in NEET 2020 is really good. As you mentioned , your category is OBC there are fair changes that you get an admission in a government medical college. However, the official cut off has not been released by NTA.

How is Mtech admission for non Gate is carried out, especially in kerala? Is there a specified quota reserved for Non gate applicants? I think Non-gate candidates are given oppurtunity only if gate applicants are over, but how come that happens? Is high Gpa applicant prefered over lower Gate score?

see the directorate of technical education kerala takes admission to m.tech course based on gate score. if seats are remain vacant then non gate students may apply and selection would be based on b.tech or engineering graduation course wise.
