Under 200 score it is quite difficult to attain a government college for MBBS/BDS even under the SC category. I would recommend you to go for the semi government if you get one or private colleges.
Also I would suggest to try consider applying for alternate medicine courses
if you SC category you can get a BAMS seat with score of 350 +. if you are general category you have to score 500 mark to get into a govt college. 400 + mark can get a seat in private college.

As per your question, according to your marks your rank would be in around 67k to 69k as per general category as you didn't mentioned your category. So as per this rank if you are going for BDS then you may get cheaper

Though ICAR doesn't provide a marks vs. rank statistics, nor does it release the marks of the students in its results, nor does it allow students to take the offline paper home,

National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the JEE Paper 2 result 2020 at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
JEE Main paper 2 result date 2020 is not announced by NTA yet.
You can however soon expect JEE Main paper 2 result 2020 September as paper 1 result has been announced.
