With respect to last year data, 300 marks may fetch you all india rank around 2.5 lakhs.
But the cut off for B-category seats in AP was 2.27 lakhs (320-325 marks) which was in VMC medical college, Kurnool.
But you have chances to get a B-category dental seat.

If belonging to Gen/OBC,you have very low chance to get MBBS government seat in U.P. as per previous year figure(last year last seat belonged to student with 580 marks and he got Gov. Medical college Badaun).
