If you failed to score good marks in JEE mains but managed to qualify it and then if you scored a great score in JEE advanced. Then you can get into IITs as IITs seats are distributed based on JEE advanced score whereas  JEE mains score is considered

According to you your physics is less prepared or bad so in my opinion you should study physics from H.C. Verma book which is a very good book. You can practice previous year Jee mains, advance questions to practice more questions. Magnetics is good chapter if you study well

chance to get admission completely depends on the branch  you want to select so i will give you details about the required  marks for top branches .
