IISER Pune has a cutoff of around 105 to 11o for general category but the rest of the IISERs have a closing rank somewhat around 75 to 80. Due to the corona virus nd lockdown the cutoffs are expected to vary but no one can say for sure

As per your JEE Main percentile it's hard to tell you about your admission possibilities but you'll not be able to get admission in any IITs, NITs or GFTIs.
