There is no connection with your PUC marks and also the KCET marks. The cutoff for KCET is 50% of 180 which is 90 marks . So i will provide more details in relation to KCET:

First of all, all the best for ur upcoming NEET Exam. The cut off marks required to get into karnataka government colleges will be around 150-200. But this is just an pass mark. It will not help you to get an medical seat.

150 is a good score in Jee mains and you will get good nits at this marks but if you are aiming for NIT trichy, allahabad with top brances like CSE then target a bit more. at 150 colleges like NIT jamshedpur is sure.
