According to your marks your expected rank is very low which cannot take you to tier 1 MBA colleges like Anna University, PSG Coimbatore and so on.

On the basis of this rank you can get low tier colleges which does not have proper faculty, countable placement statistics

GATE score can never be 10 or in fact it can't be in double digit. IIT only provides Gate score to those students who qualifies the cutoff mark and basically cutoffs are always above 25 for general Category.

So, I don't think you can get a Gate score of 10
