There is less chances of yours getting IIIT allahabad dual degree as you have less marks in GATE. though you can apply for other Colleges too.

for civil engineering, Cutoff for OBC category is 29.6 in GATE. On the basis of previous year cutoff score for OBC Civil engineering , Here are some college names for suggestion:-
