Since you have not mentioned the exam name, I am assuming you are asking about 12th board exam. If you get full marks in your internal practicals and score 20 marks in written exam, then your total marks will be 40 and you will be regarded as passed.

Admissions to any colleges or universities are generally given based on your rank. Based on your overall percentile your rank could be between 95241 - 107065 approximately. It would be difficult for you to get into NIT's and IIT's for computer science engineering program.
