Well honestly speaking, there is no hard and fast rule for cut offs of government and private colleges. Still you being a general category student should aim for 500+ in order to get a good ayurvedic medical college under government quota.

Your Statements seems to be contradictory. I may be wrong but as far as i know you can't do Mtech in Aerospace by Appearing and scoring for GATE in ME.
If you wanted to do Mtech in Aerospace then you should have opted Aerospace Engineering (AE) Paper instead
