Your gate score seems low in order to get into MTech into top or good NITs. Its even insufficient to get into top NITs. Some of the possible college you may get, if crack interviews are- NIT jamshedpur, NIT bhopal and IIIT jabalpur. This prediction was for general candidate.

In my opinion, if you are thinking about GMC then being a SC student you should aim at 550+ score.
Because only at this score you feel secure at GMC.
