Cutoff list is not available. You have to collect cutoff list for the college you will apply. Cutoff list and seat matrix is released prior to counselling process. You have to keep track of it and check college official webpages to get  all the details, notice in time.

see at this score you have less chances for nits even for your category, however i suggest you to try for some university level exam like vit vellore mtech test, bits hd entrance, jadavpur university non gate admission, other state government colleges.

If we look at the opening and closing scores of previous year Gate admissions, you might get a seat in one of the old IITs for chemical engineering  as they have scores in 500+ and you have that.

If you consider last year cutoffs then you can get Signal Processing but chances are pretty bleak in IIT G. Sometimes a rank with 1200 gets a seat in IIT Guwahati. It happened in 2018 i think. So you can keep your hopes high.
