So between NMIMS Mumbai or DY Patil school of architecture NMIMS is better as it has modern campus and has good placement records But if you are looking for slightly more affordable option than DY Patil is also good for you.

With a score of 244 and AIR 6,20,000 , it will be not possible to get a seat in a government medical college in NEET UG 2025 irrespective of your quota.

Your chances of getting B.Sc Nursing through MCC in government college is very low but it is still possible.

The minimum NEET score required to have a chance is 440 and you have a score of 445 which is more than that but still chances are low.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for NEET 2026 because the basic eligibility says you need to pass 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects. There’s no issue if you passed Chemistry with grace marks, as long as you’re marked as pass in your board results.

Sorry, but still you can't get admission to the Sharda Medical College in the mop-up round. Because your marks are very low, and the cutoff for the MBBS degree in this college is very high, like you need a minimum of 500 marks to get admission to this college.
