1. AIIMS Jodhpur- 1574 (second round final)
2. AIIMS Rishikesh-3601(third round final)
3. AIIMS Bhopal- 2860 (third round final)
Hence, if you up grade, you might get AIIMS Rishikesh and AIIMS Bhopal, but not AIIMS
