Hope you are doing well. I checked the required documents for NEET UG 2021 counselling for the state of Maharashtra,there is no mention of DAM affected certificate in there . So,most probably there's no reservation for this .

Hello Akshat! To get admission in AIIMS, Delhi you need to score at least 680 marks if you belong to general category and if you fall under SC/ST/OBC category you need to score at least 650+ marks. In other words you need to score more than 95% irrespective of category.

This completely depends on the college. If it's a private institute, it will have it's own rules and regulations. But I've seen students doing this, entering pharmacy course and cracking NEET again at the same time and shifting to MBBS side. So do enquire about the same with your college.
A ccording to previous year data for State counseling for West Bengal, last candidate from OBC Category to get MBBS seat in a Government Medical College was in Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital, Murshidabad with All India rank 43485 and 558 marks.
