Yes XIMB accepts nmat scores and you will be accessible to courses like human resource management,  sustainable management,  rural management and few other courses through NMAT courses only.

The cut off score is generally 91 and it varies accordingly through the years.

What is your category? Since you haven't mentioned it, I assume it to be general if we go through previous year cut-offs for UR through AIQ, the cut-offs have been above 611 marks, generally AIQ cut-offs are higher than that of state, hence chances for GMC seem tough though
