YES, you can get admission on the basis of JEE mains and All India Quota. You either get admission on the basis of JEE mains in All India Quota or MHTCET marks under the State Quota Category. However, your cutoffs for admission in each college will vary accordingly

See on such OBC rank you have very less or almost no chances to get CSE in any of the NITs or GFTIs even on such OBC rank you cannot have any of the NITs or GFTIs from JOSAA counselling because the closing OBC ranks were around 20-22
