There are very less chances that she may get govt college through all india quota counselling.
So now if we talk about bihar then Last year cut off marks for Gen category student in bihar was 616 although for reserved category girls Candidate cut off was 600 marks.
Last year govt college was allotted to ST category student through MP state quota was Air 321257 & 301 marks for GMC,DATIA
So if your expected score is Higher than this you have great chance of getting govt college in Madhya Pradesh in your category through MP state
Assuming youre from General Category, with a Score of 475/720 in NEET you have poor chances of securing a seat in some of the State or Government Medical Colleges in Delhi. However you may have fair chances if you belong to some of the Categories.
