There is nothing as OBC Score/ open score in JEE Mains. There are OBC Ranks, Open Ranks meaning category wise ranks.NTA  Prepares a separate rank list category wise. Now coming to score required -

You got 80.54 percentile in JEE mains 2021. Then according to your  percentile, your rank  may be start from 199076 - 223790 . You can apply for  NITs, IIITs and  GFTIs and also you can apply  state government colleges.
