With such score it if very difficult to get seat in IIT or NIT. You need to have minimum 400-500 GATE score to have decent chances of getting seat in NIT or IIT. However, considering the previous year cut off for special round 1 and 2 you have chances

The last date to apply for admission in to Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur for admission to Masters in Business Administration was April 29, 2021 for the academic year 2021-22. It accepts CAT, CMAT, MAT and GMAT score. You cannot apply for admission for the academic year 2021-22

No,  you can't join for MBA after qualifying GATE . As teh GATE is the entrance exam for B.tech engeneering students to get admission in M.tech programes.
