Hello Dear,

To score 99 percentile you need to score 130-140 marks. first you must solve last 15 years jee mains papers. Evaluate how many marks you are getting in last year papers.

If we go through the analysis of previous year's GATE score Vs College allotment than according to the GATE 2021 score mentioned by you in the query you have very less chances of getting any of the IITs or NITs because their cut-offs are somewhere around 500-550(600+ marks
