The cutoffs for these exams change every year depending upon various factors. However the cutoff for previous years in IBS Hyderabad is given below:

• 2017- 68+
• 2016- 68+

This year too the cutoff might remain almost same. So your chances are high to get into IBS Hyderabad.

yes you have a chance in getting IBS Hyderabad. But before that you need to pay registration fees of 80000 and along with that you need to write a letter to the admission office that you want to change the your current campus allotted to IBS Hyderabad. But

For Jadavpur University admissions there is no home state quota. Admissions to the reserved category is limited to domiciles of West Bengal only.

A general candidate student of all states are at par and no preference is given to any particular state.

Yes you'll get a call for IBS Hyderabad.After submitting  your 80000 deposit as an admission fees. Then write a mail to the college regarding change in campus. In the 2nd cut off most probably you'll get Hyderabad campus.Your chances are high in getting in IBS Hyderabad campus.
