Your rank should be around 41k for getting a seat in Jamia Millia Islamia if you are general.you will also consider as a general category because there is no any other categories as obc.

In DU admissions are given on the basis of entrance as well as merit. It depends on the course. For example courses like B.A.(h) offer admissions on the basis of merit while courses like BBA ( Finance) offer admissions on the basis of entrance exams.
