CAT is a 3-hour computer-based test consisting of 100 Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) and Non-MCQ type questions. There were three sections, namely Quantitative Ability (QA), Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC) and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR).

NTA has released the official syllabus for JEE Mains on September 2. Paper 1 will consist of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Paper 2 for B.Arch. will consist of Mathematics, General aptitude and Drawing section whereas B.Plan. will have Mathematics, General aptitude and Planning.
