You didn't mention here the exam about which application you are asking. If you are asking about NIMCET, Its application form is expected to come out in the month of March 2020 and Final year students can apply but passing year should not Not later than 2020.

So I'll try to brief you a bit about the exam and it's syllabus. So it's an MCQ based examination and is conducted for BASLP. Candidates will have to answer 50 multiple choice questions each carrying one mark on a specially designed answer sheet which will be scanned and processed
