It doesn't matter whether you are going for this college or that college. Syllabus is same when we talk about entrance exams. And it is 10+2 based. If you follow NCERT Books then it will really help you very much. Most of the question are from this book.

For your kind information it doesn't matter which branch you are going for. Whatever branch you choose, for entrance exam you have to study complete 11th and 12th syllabus. All the colleges, all entrance exams have same syllabus i.e. 10+2 syllabus.

Hello Vaishnavi.

As BTech is a bachelor degree just after intermediate. Hence the syllabus for its entrance is also intermediate based.

You have to study whole 11th and 12th syllabus for getting admission in any of the engineering college of India.

As per your requirement, i would say that the syllabus includes the btech topics of civil engineering as gate is needed for mtech or jobs in psu . The syllabus basically remains of btech civil engineering only.
