Syllabus of JEE-Main remains the same almost every year. Syllabus for JEE Main 2020 hasn't been announced. But it is going to be the same as last year.

Study NCERT thoroughly for all 3 subjects,
Stick to only NCERT for theory related to physics and chemistry

To enhance physics subject you must surely refer and solve questions from books like HC Verma, SL Arora or Arihant

For chemistry Dinesh publication and Pradeep are good books
