The minimum subject requirement depends on the entrance exam you choose to give.
For JEE, you should have passed 12th or equivalent with minimum 5 subjects and 75% marks.
For BITSAT, the criteria is that you should have scored at least 75% in PCM (Physics, chemistry and math)

It is very complicated situation to guess your correct guesse. There are possiblities like there may be no answer correrct, or all answer be correct(very very less probablity). And ther may be possibility that you may get even worse percentile than before.
