As per the eligibility criteria of BITs Pilani:-

• Candidates must have secured 75% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry combined, with atleast 60% each in Mathematics,Physics and Chemistry

Since you scored 84+, i would ask you to add your marks in Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics and divide by 300

No, the syllabus remains same with the few changes. Yes, the difficulty level of the question paper varies each year. 

NEET 2019 will covee the same syllabus it covered last year. So, don't worry and focus on eaxh topic.

Don't skip reading it.

Other books such as DC pandey should be read also.
