firstly focus on class 12th as 60% of JEE ADVANCE syllabus depends on our class 12th and side by side do atleast 30 questions in a day from class 11th syllabus(go topicwise not chapterwise). But remember that you revise every thing on regular basis.

Candidates need to have secured a minimum 75% marks (all subject's) in class

As you have mentioned that you have got 40 as TISSNET Score (General Category ) 

but not mentioned which college and course , let me list the recently released 

TISSNET Cutoff Scores for the various courses below for TISS Mumbai:

• MA Women Studies - 48

• MPH Social

If your question is if you can give GUJCET though you are reappearing for 10+2 exams,  even if you appeared for GUJCET in 2018, yes you should appear for GUJCET in 2019. The GUJCET score is only valid for 1 year and for the year that you wrote the entrance
