for maths you should prefer Arihant ,Mock Test , Universal Self Scorer
For Physics you should prefer NCERT , Arihant , Previous Year JEE question papers and Mock Test , Universal Self Scorer

If you have completed the entie syllabus then you should follow this:
1.Start giving mock test.
2.After each mock test find out the question you have done wrong and why? IF you don't know the concept try to learn it and make a note of that topic.
