Hi, the syllabus of NEET is mainly based on NCERT syllabus. The NCERT books for Physics, Chemistry, Biology are based on the syllabus prescribed in the NCERT books mainly of Class 11 and 12. One has to be thorough with the NCERT books first and then can refer to

Performance in Class XII (or equivalent) board examination
The candidates should satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs:
Must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in the Class XII (or equivalent) Board
At least you Need to attempt 120+ questions correctly ,if you are DELHI GENERAL CANDIDATE , that means you are going to score 480 + . At this point please avoid guessing , coz this will decercse your score.
