Yes you can select the '12th Appearing' option as it counts the same year of passing after complete result declaration of all boards of education. After you select this option, your year of passing/ appearing will automatically mention the year 2022.

If you want to leave the BCOM course then I would recommend you to cancel your admission from the college you are studying BCOM and then you have to take admission as a fresher with the help of your 10+2 result, in the BSc course at the college of your choice. So if you wish to go for the BSc then you can obviously go for it cancelling the admission in the BCOM course.

YES, for admission in Bpharma courses, you'll need your class 12th marks. For admission to the Pharmacy courses, student must have passed class 12 th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology . Students have to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination. Students, those pass the three year Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) are also eligible.
Further, to get admisison in various B.Pharma Colleges or Universities students need to give respective Entrance exams. Students can either give the national level entrance examination for B. Pharma. or various other state-level entrance examinations such as TS EAMCET, AP EAMCET, BCECE , and WBJEE among others.

Students must clear their 10+2 with physics , chemistry , mathematics , and biology as compulsory subjects.
