what will be the fate of students who passed mbbs before 2017 if NEXT gets implemented in 2022?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 27th Jun, 2020

It is too early to speak about 2022 because we are talking about something that might happen in 3 years from now. MCI which stands for Medical Council of India has been replaced by NMC which stands for National Medical Council. And NMC did propose scrapping of NEET PG in gavour of a more friendly approach called NEXT. In this, Candidates will be considered for PG admissions based on the marks scored in their Graduation instead of an Entrance examination. And NMC has decided to allot 3 years to come up with the guidelines and implement it. This was proposed in 2019 and so we do not know whether it would be implemented in 2022 or not. We need to wait for official information regarding this.

Sharon Rose Student Expert 24th Jun, 2020

Hello,

You might not find your marksheet online. I would suggest you to go your college administration office or examination department in which you have passed your graduation and request them to provide your graduation certificate or marksheet and do the necessary. They will help you in this regard.

Sharon Rose Student Expert 24th Jun, 2020

Hello,

Yes, you can pursue your degree through open university. There are few things which you need to check is eligibility requirements before applying for any college or course. Open degree is like any other degree but the only difference is you don't need to attend classes regularly while you need to attend classes regularly in regular mode. You just need to appear in final end semester exams in open university. Toughness depends on your academic performance, knowledge and capabilities.

Is starting CA after graduation is late at age 20 ? i initially started Preparation way back in 2017 when i was 17 but due to lack of confidence dropped it and wasted 3 years doing nothing ?

Nimisha Gupta 14th Jun, 2020
Hi,
Its never late for starting something afresh. Also doing CA after graduation maybe helpful for you because instead of doing articleship for three years it is reduced to one year. So in short you will be giving final exams approximately at the same time as other regular college going students. Also since you have already completed your graduation then you will have added benefit of knowing about the CA subjects before hand. So it should not be difficult for you to clear it in first attempt. Forget about everything else and just start preparing for your groups. As right now you may not get the material you require so you can download the Study material from official website of ICAI www.icai.org. It will be helpful to you.

ANUJA 1st Jun, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

Please mention the university you are looking for. If you have passed FY Bsc than you can definitely take admission in SY even after a gap.

Some colleges ask for gap certificate. As SY admissions are internal in college so you have to contact the college you are looking for.

Hope this helps

I comple 12th in 2017 and take admission in Graduation in Political science honours and in 2020 my Graduation complete. but , Due some reason. and I wanted to do Graduation again with Political science honours in session 2020 to 2023 .it is Possible do double graduation with same honours help

Pankhuri Kumari 29th May, 2020
Hii!
Yes, it is possible and allowed to do graduation again If you want and with the same ourse too, as long as you satisfy the respective Eligibility criteria. But, you should know that this will waste  three years of your career and also, the previous graduation certificate will not be valid.
BSc political science has good career scope in future. Its better If you go on with this and do not repeate agin with honors. But at last,  it's your choice. Decide wisely.
Hope you understand.
Good luck!
