Hello Mehul!

Sorry to say but with 47% you are not eligible to take admission in b.Ed. in good colleges.

But there are s ome universities which will give you admission in B.Ed course even after having less than 50% marks in graduation.

Yes it is necessary to visit DU Sol office along with your fee receipt, and other documents like your photo etc.

You can't do this online its mandatory to go to office and they will charge you some amount.

Last year for BC category candidates and for state quota seats, the cutoff for most govt. medical colleges in Telangana was above 415 marks.

So, with 403 marks, you might not be able to get a seat there but cutoffs also vary each year so hope for the best.
