2018
Dear aspirant
Usually CBSE provide marksheet and passing certificate as only one. The marksheet which you have is also your passing certificate.
On top of marksheet,it must be written marksheet cum passing certificate. So check out your marksheet for this.
If it's not written that then you can confirm with your other schools friends that they got another passing certificate, if not you can use your marksheet. Otherwise contact your school authorities.
All the best
Hey
Hope you are doing good.
There are many companies which won't consider you have backlog earlier or not. Check the eligibility criteria of the companies and then apply. Also about the year passed with all the backlogs clear is your graduation year.
Hope this helps.

Hello Bharath,
Unfortunately you cannot use your study certificates dated.2018. Study certificate has to be signed in the current year and produced whenever they are required during the document verification.
KCET 2021 states the guidelines clearly for study certificate
"Study Certificate is submitted to show that the candidate has studied in Karnataka for a minimum period of SEVEN years from 1st standard to 12th standard or qualifying examination issued by Head of the institution. Further, School study certificates should be countersigned by the concerned Block Educational Officer (BEO)/Deputy Director of Public Instructions (DDPI) COMPULSORILY in the proforma prescribed. "
i would suggest you to take print out of the performa and get it duly signed before you submit the documents.
Good Luck, hope it helps!!
