is ncert books of class 11th of 2018,2019,2020,2021 are same?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 1st Mar, 2021
In general there are very basic changes amongst the NCERT yearwise books. The most updated books has the probability to have:

1) More problems in excersise
2) Lesser typographic mistakes
3) Addition of infos.

Now if you have the opportunity to get the updated version just go for it. You can get some benefits out of it.

I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!

I took admission in a college in 2018 in bba(h) but stopped attending classes from Jan 2020(4th sem). I have passed 1st sem and 2nd sem but didnt sit for 3rd sem exam. I have applied for college TC recently. If I get the TC, will I be able to apply for other colleges in the 2021 admissions?

anirudha vats 27th Mar, 2021

Hi,

Well if you can get the transfer certificate from your college and then use it for admission, then you can easily get admission in any college that you want. Cause you will have to show your TC to the college where you will be taking admission, hence you need to get all of your documents ready from your present college before you apply for fresh admission to any new college or university.

I hope this helps.

All the best.

I have obtained 99.4266525 NTA score in Paper 2A. What are the chance of getting in SPA Bhopal or Vijayawada? Further, I could see that last year cut-off ranks for SPAs and NITs for B Arch were very low compared to 2019 or 2018. Any reasons? Appreciate your feedback

Sharon Rose Student Expert 26th Mar, 2021

Hello,

Considering the percentile that you have score it is estimated that your overall rank will be around 340. You have not mentioned your category. It will be helpful for us if you let us know your category as the cut off vary for each category. For now we assume that you belong to general category. The cut off in 2020 for JoSAA round 6 was as follows for genera-other state category for admission in to B.Arch

  • School of Planning & Architecture, Bhopal: 550
  • School of Planning & Architecture: Vijayawada:  694

Looking at the cut off you have decent chances of getting seat in SPA Bhopal and SPA, Vijayawada. Cut off may increase or decrease every year depending on total number of candidates appeared for the paper 2A, difficulty level of examination, total number of seats available etc. For the same reason you have seen that the cut off was slightly low in the year 2020 compared to 2019.

To find out more colleges in which you have chances of getting seat you can use our JEE Main Architecture college predictor tool

hii sir good mornning.i m raghu ,my graduation completed 2018 in civil engineering.now i m working as ward planning and regulation secretary in ward sachivalayam addanki.i am very much intrest for studying M.Tech transportation engineering.so kindly plz tell the brief information. thank you

ginnisachdeva02_9364270 Student Expert 23rd Mar, 2021

Hi Aspirant!

M.tech is a 2 years post graduation degree and has a vast scope not only in India but in foreign countries as well. Companies working in transportation planning gives a lot of weightage to students who have completed master's degree than those who have completed UG even from IITs or NITs. Masters in Transportation is favorable for a company engaged in pavement design and transportation planning. You will trained for 2 years particularly for this domain only. You will have an opportunity to go to R& D for research, if you are interested. You can further go for PhD in any interested subject/topic. There are many colleges in India which offer M.tech in transportation engg. such as:

  • IIT Bombay
  • RV College of engineering Banglore
  • IIT Madras
  • LPU Phagwara
  • Indian Institute of science and technology Shibpur

And many more, you can check it here:

https://engineering.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-transportation-engineering-colleges-in-india

You can also write some entrance exams to get admission in top colleges such as GATE.

Thankyou!

I actually took a long gap, i had completed 11th in 2018 & never appeared for 12th because of some reasons & now im planning to appear for 12th as well as NEET, am i eligible for NEET? can i appear for NEET if ive a huge gap between my 11th & 12th?

Sharon Rose Student Expert 7th Feb, 2021
Hello,

The eligibility criteria to be eligible to appear for NEET UG is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognized board. Candidates belonging to general category must have passed with minimum 50% marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry, for SC/ST/OBC it is 40% marks and for PWD it is minimum 45% marks. As of now here is no upper age limit until the court pass the judgement and there is no bar in gap in the education. The minimum age as on December 31, of the year in which you are appearing for NEET is 17 years. SO if you fulfill the above eligibility criteria you can appear for NEET UG even if you have gap in education.
