JEE Mains is one common examination held for ally he engineering colleges. JEE Mains is conducted separate for every Institute. If you are not eligible for JEE Mains, then their are many other state and university level entrance examination conducted for admission into engineering colleges.

Changes regarding any aspects in your Admit Card should have been done on or before the date mentioned by GATE. You would have got a mail regarding this. But now, I'm afraid that you can't make any changes.

Anyway, today is the last day for you to change or make any alters regarding the choice of city for examination in the Admit Card for GATE 2021.

You can also change the number for appearing papers if you want to. But you will have to pay some amount of maybe Rs. 500 for initialisation and the process.

You can give state entrance exams for engineering. In some private colleges you have entrance test like VITEE etc where you can sit for it and if you score well you will get admitted there.

Deriving from a similar answered question. Karnataka Board offers improvement in examination. However, for that you need to reject your current PUC Result and then you have to re-appear in examination held with current 12th examination. Practical marks will be carried forward. I would like to say that caste certificate should be of recent as all the educational institutions will demand for the current year in which you are taking admission. So,i would recommend you to take out the certificate of this year,as the 2018 one is not valid.
