Rupsa Banerjee 30th Jul, 2025

Dear aspirant,

Yes, you can be eligible for Maharashtra domicile even if you studied in Madhya Pradesh. Since you were born in Maharashtra and your parents have lived there for over 25 years with ancestral roots, plus owning a home and farmland in the state, these factors strongly support your claim. Your father's move to MP was work-related, which doesn't affect your eligibility. However, you have to keep in mind that you will need to submit proper proof like your birth certificate from Maharashtra and documents showing your parents' long term residence or property ownership. Even if your parents don’t currently have a domicile certificate, they can apply for it, which will further strengthen your case.

Thank you

Riya Dhoot 16th Apr, 2025

Hello Shiv,

with a GATE 2025 score of 337, admission to top IITs may be challenging, but you have viable options. consider applying to NITs like NIT Calicut, NIT Agartala, or MNNIT Allahabad, which have accepted similar scores in previous years. additionally, explore state universities such as Jamia Milia Islamia and Indraprastha University, which may offer M.Tech admjssions for your score range.

I am a resident of West Bengal, but completed 7th to 12th from Tamil Nadu. What will be the state of eligibility for NEET 2025?

kumardurgesh1802 26th Feb, 2025

Hello Avilasha,

Your State of Eligibility for NEET 2025 depends on the state where you completed your 10+2 (Class 12) and your domicile :

  1. West Bengal – If you have a domicile certificate of WB, you can apply under the state quota of West Bengal.

  2. Tamil Nadu – Since you studied 7th to 12th in Tamil Nadu, you are also eligible for the state quota in Tamil Nadu, even without a domicile.

    Best Option:

You can choose either WB or TN for the 85% state quota seats , depending on which has better chances based on your NEET score and category.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

I was born on 25/11/2006. Am I eligible to sit for the NDA II exam on April 13,2025?

Soumili Das 25th Oct, 2024

Only unmarried male and female applicants who were born between January 02, 2007, and January 1, 2010, are eligible to take the NDA 2 exam in 2025.

Given your date of birth (November 25, 2006), you'll be 18 years old during the exam. Unfortunately, this means you won't meet the age criteria, as you'll be slightly older than the specified upper age limit.

Stay focused, and don't hesitate to reach out for guidance on alternative exam strategies.
