The admission to graduation courses after 12th in bits is taken through BITSAT exam. Admission is given to the candidate based on the merit obtained in the BITSAT exam.

BITS give admission to the candidate on the basis of +2 marks also. Those who have topped in their board

For BTech, you have to clear intermediate first. Then you can apply for IIIT. For that, you have to clear entrance examination, i.e., joint entrance examination JEE.

I remember you belonging to ST Category from your previous Questions and hence this answer is being written in that perspective. In 2019, under State Quota, the cut offs for various GMCs of Delhi for ST Category have been as follows:

MAMC: 455

UCMS: 391

Lady Hardinge Medical College: 405

They can correct this . For this you can visit  office and they will correct.  but it is necessary to correct date because at the time of admission they see the date so it should be made correct with authority.
