Dear sir, as per ugc 2019 notification NET is not compulsary or mandatory for assistant professor!? because notification itself read that either NET Or phd (ugc approved) or phd from top 500 universities is eligible for assistant professor. So sir, how could we say, NET is mandatory for asst prof!?

Yes, you can upload documents from digilocker for your NIOS class 12th.

But few things that you should keep in your mind, if you are applying for NIOS class 12th immediately after finishing class 10th then you won't be eligible to sit for all the subjects in one attempt.
