i am a non engineer (2019 grad),left my job in 2020(11 months work ex).I started pursuing Mcom(2020-2022) while preparing for govt exams but I also gave CAT20.Got decent percentile and had calls from all IIMs but I couldnt convert any.Would it be considered career gap if I appear for CAT21?

Hello student yes it'll be considered as a career Gap. Career Gap is period of time spent away from work to pursue interests or preparing for any examination etc.

But as you've obtained a decent percentile in CAT examination you can defend your career Gap in front of the panel

Actually both of the marksheets are valid. as per you mentioned that you have passed your 2019 CBSE board with 65% and 2020 improvement examination with 70% you can use any of the certificates as required. But my suggestion is that you should use the 2020 improvement examination
