See If in the application form, they are asking for a valid identity proof you need not enter your Aadhaar number details in that. You can just write Aadhar card in that section and whenever you are called for counselling or document verification you need to carry the same to the authorities. If there is any other column asking for the valid identity proof number then you can enter the same. Each Document has serial number either a series of numbers or combination of alphabets and numbers. Please check your resident certificate and category certificate and identify the certificate number given on it under the bar code. You need to enter this number in the respective field in the application form. And while uploading Aadhaar Card you can enter the 12 digits Aadhaar Number in the designated field.

The permanent address is must and should to apply neet application , so you can give or add any other proof which is having Your permanant address . Or else you can update your temporary address to permanent in your aadhar before you are going to apply your neet application

The Honourable  Court has mentioned that for Admission and Entrance exam purposes, Aadhar cannot be a mandatory Id proof. You are required to fill the proof of identity details , if you don't have Aadhar card you may fill the detail. Supreme Court has passed an order stating that Aadhar Card is not mandatory for Academic purposes. So you can upload another Id proof like your Driving license or Passport. Aadhar Card is not mandatory. ls of other identity cards like voter id card, PAN Card, Driving License, passport.

The other documents required are :

• Neet admit card
• Neet score card
• Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
• Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
• Eight passport size photographs
• Provisional Allotment Letter
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable).

Those who want to apply for NEET 2021, need to know that an Aadhaar Card is no longer mandatory . Any identification proof can be submitted while filling the NEET 2021 NTA Application form.

hope you are doing well. So here i am enlisting the norms and your requirements that you need for state quota neet counselling registration:

Original documents (along with self attested photocopies of documents) for admission to under-graduate medical courses for admission to that particular State Quota seats and Private, management quota seats are as mentioned below.

a. Acknowledgement slip generated online after successful enrolment in pre-counselling
b. Domicile certificate (a1, a2, b) or domicile certificate from e-district website as the case may be.
c. Voter card/Aadhar card/Passport of parents in case of domicile certificate of parent and of the candidate.
d. Caste certificate as applicable.
e. NEET UG 2021 admit card.
f. NEET UG 2021 Rank card.
g. PwD certificate if applicable
h. Payment of fees proof (generated online).

So I guess from point(c) its clear to you that you can upload either of the documents for registration.
i. Age proof ( age should be 17 years by 31.12.2020)
j. Class 10+2 mark sheet
k. Medical Certificate ( from Registered Allopathic Medical Practitioner)

Hope you are doing well . See,if you changed your address in your aadhar card ,you should carry both the Aadhar cards while the document verification in the college you'll be allotted. The address that you already entered while filling the application form of NEET UG-2021 cannot be changed now .

When you go to your allotted college for document verification,there you should produce your new aadhar card with the changed address (though you should carry both old and new ones) and inform the college authorities there itself . There ,whatever instructions will be given by them you'll have to follow that but most probably your new address will be entered into their records.

Yes, you have to provide original Aadhaar card along with other requisite documents and 2 sets of photocopies of it. Here is the list of requisite documents that you need to carry on the day of document verification

• TSEAMCET -2021 Rank Card.
• TSEAMCET -2021 Hall Ticket.
• Aadhar Card.
• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
• Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-Cum-Pass Certificate.
• Class 6th to Intermediate or its Equivalent Study Certificates.
• Transfer Certificate (T.C).
• Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2021 by competent authority, if applicable.
• EWS Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar valid for the year 2021-22, if applicable.
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
• Residence Certificate
• Employer Certificate (if applicable)

If applying under special categories you need to carry the original and 3 sets of photocopies of the applicable documents

• PHC
• CAP
• NCC
• Sports
• Minorities
• Anglo-Indian

If you see the back side of the Aadhar Card then its clearly mentioned that the biometrics must be updated after a age of 14 years or so. As a result, its better if you can apply for update. See if you go for update then they will give you a receipt of application and you can take it as a receipt if required. Although there will be very less possibility that will be needed. But its for your requirement you can consider it.

See mistakes in aadhar card is quite common. SO during the counselling you can take the aadhar card and show the officials there is they ask so. As Aadhar card have the image of the holder then the question of discrepancy will be easily verified.

But as this is a problem and if you have time, then you can go to the aadhar seva kendra nearest to you and apply for correction. They will give you a receipt which you can show during verification that you have applied for the correction as well as also. Doing this will correct your problem as well as you will be tensionless regarding the problem.
