Hello,

No there will be no problem generally occur. Because your all documents have your father's full name only except your 10th class marksheet. And 10th class marksheet mainly check your date of birth and marks nothing else. And there will be no problem occurs in your job sectors.

All the best.

if my parents have aadhaar cards and voter cards of different address then where will be the domicile certificate from?

ayanmukherjee045 4th Jan, 2021

Dear aspirant,

As you said that aadhar and voter cards of your parents have different addresses, nowadays aadhar card is basically is treated as your address proof identity and it would be required generally for making your domicile certificate and i think it won't affect if you have a different address in your voter card.

Is 10th class passed certificate or SSLC both are same or equivalent for aadhaar D.O.B update? in west bengal WBBSE provided only marksheet and 10th passing certificate whereas marksheet does not contain any date of birth and the date of birth contain only in Certificate.

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 30th Dec, 2020

hi,

I have mentioned the list of documents which works as reference to change the date of birth in Aadhar UID:

1. Birth Certificate

2. SSLC Book/ Certificate

3. Passport

4. Certificate of Date of Birth issued by Group A Gazetted Officer on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrolment/ update

5. A certificate (on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrolment/ update) or ID Card having photo and Date of Birth (DOB) duly signed and issued by a Government authority.

6. Photo ID card having Date of Birth, issued by Recognized Educational Institution

7. PAN Card

8. Marksheet issued by any Government Board or University

9. Government Photo ID Card/ Photo Identity Card issued by PSU containing DOB

sslc stands for Secondary School Leaving Certificate, so you may use the 10th pass certificate as proof of dob to make correction in aadhar.

Hi aspirant,

While joining any job they check one of the id proof like aadhar, voter id or oancard as photo and address proof. So at that time you can show adhar and all other documents like marksheets amd caste certificate. Now coming to pancard, while making payment of your salary or creating a salary module  at that time they will ask for your pan card and bank details. So at that time both names, name on pan card and passbook must be same. If not same then change both to the same name. If both are same no need to worry. If name in passbook mismatch then show your pancard to bank and tell them to change name in passbook. This will again solve your query.

Hope this is helpful to clear your dilemma.

my fathers surname is not present in my 10th marksheet but present in aadhaar. is this affected my scholarship if I can submit form with out surname.

Hrisheekesh Singh 13th Aug, 2020

Hi Jay,

The name on your 10th Marksheet is considered to be authentic and original for the whole life of a student. Even if you have got full name of your father on your Aadhar Card, then also, the father's name in the 10th Marksheet is final. So, go on apply for a scholarship without your father's surname as it is there in 10th Marksheet. No effect would be there on your scholarship.
