Yes, yo u can use your Aadhar card for NEET registration as an identity proof even if you were very young at the time of application of Aadhar. Apart from this, you can also use PAN card, Voter ID card, etc for the same purpose.

Also, as the photograph in your Aadhar card is old, you can carry your recently clicked passport size photograph with you along with the Aadhar card.

See in general its not a severe discrepancy of information which can lead to cancellation or any severe cases against you. Although its better to have all the things neat. You are preparing for NEET and if you get a seat in medical college then why will you want to take any chance which can harase you in the time of admission. Its better to keep no probability.

Now you can do one thing that you can get a attested copy of the document from any gazetted officer (better for you if you do it from DM or SDO) or you can apply for rectification, the procedure of which you can get from the DM or SDO office.

No your candidature would not be cancelled but you will not get any reservation benefit for the category which you have applied in JEE-Main 2021 Application form and you will be considered under General category. Because on the place of category certificate you can either upload the category certificate or you can upload the self undertaking if you don't have the category certificate but you can get it later on at the time of admission.

As you have uploaded image of AADHAR Card so you will definitely face some trouble because on such basis your category would not be considered as any of the reserved category.

The Aadhaar card downloaded in UIDAI website is valid. You can download the Aadhar card and take a colour print out of it on a PVC card and laminate it. Your Aadhar card must have your photo, date of birth, name, gender, VID number, UID number, address and QR code. Regardless of the date of download and issue date your Aadhar Card is considered to be valid. You carry the Aadhaar card downloaded in UIDAI website to the Examination center for photo identification purpose.

As your name only differs in the initial then I don't think it should impose aby problem. The problem arises only when your main name is wrong or wrongly written as it creates identity issues.

Don't worry dear as it is not going to be an issue if you take your recent photograph with your JEE-Main 2021 Admit card.

As the JEE-Main 2021 session 3 is being conducted across the country so the guidelines have also been issued which are mentioned below :-

The candidate should carry the following things :-

• Admit Card
• One original valid photo identity proof issued by the government that can either be PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar card with photograph,E-Aadhar/Ration Card/Aadhaar enrollment number with photo.
• One passport size photograph (same as uploaded in the online application form of JEE Main 2021). This photograph will be required by the invigilator to paste it on the attendance sheet at the centre.
• Duly filled in self declaration form (Undertaking) downloaded from the NTA Website.
• Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml) also it will be provided at the examiantion center as well.
• Personal transparent water bottle.
• Mask and gloves.
• For drawing test (B.Arch paper part 3) - candidates have to bring their own geometry box, pencils, erasers, colour pencils/ crayons.
• If you are diabetic then authorities have allowed carrying eatables like sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/ orange) and transparent water bottle. But note that no candidate is allowed to carry packed foods like chocolate/candy/sandwich into the examination hall.

Items which are prohibited at exam centre are also enlisted below :-

Pen/Pencil, electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, slide rules, log tables, printed or written material, bits of papers, pager, or any other device.

There is no change in your name in Aadhaar card or in your class 10th and class 12th certificate so there is no big problem that you would face if there is no space in between your name in Adhaar Card. But still you need to fill your name, father's name, mother's name and date of birth same as in class 10th certificate. Aadhaar card is for photo identification purpose, the details in class 10th certificate are considered so you need to fill the details in the NEET application as per class 10th certificate. You can apply for name correction in Aadhaar enrollment center and get it correct as per the name in the class 10th certificate. You will get a new Aadhaar card within 10-15 days of the application date.
