Both these colleges are private, AICTE approved and NAAC B accredited. However GL bajaj is AAA+ rated and ABES college is AAA rates. So i will suggest GL bajaj.

You have very less chances of getting a seat in Government college. As per your SC rank, you may get. You can also consider private colleges like: VIT, LPU, BITS, Assam Don Bosco University, Ahmedabad University,Jaypee University of Information Technology, Techno Global University, Xavier University, NIIT University, Sikkim Manipal University.

You can get admission in ABES :.

1. Admission via counselling through UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) and that requires to rank between 3500 to 13000 for general category (though you can check for yourself for exact stats) and should have minimum 60% in PCM.
   Though you mentioned you lack 3 marks for having 60% in PCM therefore it does not matter either on your UPSEE rank or your super high skills. So this way is already closed for you.
2. Direct admission via 12th percentage under seats reserved in management quota. This requires crazily high percentage in 12th standard varying from 75% - 95% to get admitted in this college.
    I have also heard about an entrance test that college conducts at its level and then interview to get admitted in the college. Though you don’t have that much of score, you don’t qualify over here too.Good luck!!
