Yes, you can still apply to CUET for admission in DU even after getting compartment in your CBSE boards exam. Since you got RT in your accountancy paper, you need to clear it under a certain time limit.
You can select "Result Awaited" on the Delhi University website if you haven't yet taken the Class 12 compartment test or if you've requested a re-evaluation.
